1. Service Availability
We target 99.5% uptime for the All-In Poker Tool service, measured on a monthly basis.
Uptime is calculated as: ((Total Minutes - Downtime Minutes) / Total Minutes) x 100
2. Exclusions
The following are excluded from uptime calculations:
- Scheduled maintenance (announced at least 24 hours in advance)
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, etc.)
- Issues caused by third-party services outside our control
- Issues caused by user actions or equipment
3. Maintenance Windows
Scheduled maintenance typically occurs:
- Off-peak hours (late night/early morning Pacific Time)
- With at least 24 hours notice for planned maintenance
- Emergency maintenance may occur without notice when necessary for security

5. Data Backup
- Database backups are performed daily
- Backups are retained for 7 days
- Users are encouraged to export their own data regularly
6. No Service Credits
As the service is currently offered free of charge, no service credits or refunds apply for downtime. When paid plans are introduced, service credit terms will be added to this agreement.
